Apple Cinnamon Dump Cake


2 (21-ounce) cans apple pie filling
1 (16.5-ounce) box yellow cake mix
½ cup cinnamon chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon pie filling into baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon chips, walnuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle dry mixture evenly over pie filling, then drizzle with butter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm or cold.
