1 lb. ground beef
1 package (about 1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
1 can (10-¾ ounces) Cambells Condensed Toamato Soup
1-½ cups water
1-½ cups uncooked instant white rice
Pace Chunky Salsa
1. Cook the beef ant taco seasoning in a 10 inch skillet until the beef is well browned, stirring often to seperate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup, water, and rice in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 min. or until the rice is tender.
3. Top with the salsa, cheese and lettuce. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.
4. Serving Sugestions: Serve with carrot and celery sticks. For dessert serve chunky applesauce sprinkled with cinnamon.
