500 g Fish Roe
1 Indian Chutney
1 tsp Oil
Add a little oil to an oven tray and grill fish roe in over for 10 minutes, turning over after 5, to firm up slightly.
Alternatively, place in boiling water for a minute or 2, until firm.
Prepare a regular indian chutney and spoon in the fish roe once they’re done. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes until the fish roe are infused with the chutney flavour.
Sprinkle over some coriander and Voila! You’re done!
