1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
2 yogurt (or milk) cubes* or 1/2 to 1 cup milk or yogurt
1 ripe banana, quartered
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
5 to 6 frozen strawberries
Optional: In advance, you can pour milk or yogurt into ice cube trays. They you can use the ‘cubes’ to make ‘smoothie packs’ to stash in the freezer.
Add the spinach and liquid (add water if you want a thinner smoothie) and puree.
Add the banana, frozen mango, and frozen strawberries and puree.
Serve Mango, Strawberry Green Smoothie as breakfast, snack or dessert!
