2 Pound Ground Italian sausage
9 Oz Progressive fire roasted tomato sause recipe start
2 Cups Uncooked penne pasta
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 to 2 Tbsp Fresh basil
Cook sausage in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat 5-7 minutes. Stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.
Stir in fire roasted tomato sauce, pasta and water. Hear to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium.
Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese and fresh basil. Cover and let stand to 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
