1 Cup Green Grapes
½ Cup English Cucumber, not peeled
½ of an Avocado
1 Cup (Large Handful) Spinach or Kale
10 Mint Leaves
½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
1 Cup Pure Coconut Water
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender (you can use a regular blender, but you will need to let the pineapple thaw slightly before you blend) and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into serving glasses and get ready to feel refreshed, hydrated, and full of energy!
