½ cup pecans
½ lemon, squeezed (or 1-2 tbs lemon juice)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (original or vanilla)
1 6oz cup of Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. I had to stop the blender a few times to mix the ingredients up and push the big chunks towards the blades.
