2 ripe bananas (the riper they are, the sweeter they’ll be)
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ cup milk
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup plain yogurt
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon (may need to add more if not using freshly grated)


Puree together in a blender until smooth and serve cold with a straw.
