6 oz. angel hair pasta
1 teaspoon butter
2 medium tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta. Toss with teaspoon butter. Keep pasta warm in oven set on low.
Heat chopped tomatoes, garlic, oregano, white wine over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour tomato sauce over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
