Sweet Spicy Lamb Curry

2 carrots, Carrots
1 onion, Onions
2 tablespoons mild curry paste or powder
500 g lamb shoulder chops
450 ml Chicken bouillon
1 medium apple
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 tablespoons Lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper
1 Peach
1 tsp allspice or mixed spice
100 grams Raisins
Sugar or Honey


Put all in crockpot, vegies on bottom, chops and the rest on top, slowly cook 6-8 hours – thicken with cornflour or flour if desired. If you want this to be sweet, add sugar to taste at end – i usually add 1 – 2 tablespoons or honey or syrup. Great if you like sweet curries.
